Who is the best specialist for sinus lift/implants?

Is it a periodontist, prosthodontist or oral surgeon? Apparently some general dentists can do so as well but just wanted to make sure I'm picking the right speciality-- thank you!

I would suggest for a sinus lift, an oral surgeon, but for implant placement, I would suggest seeing a periodontist, since they handle the soft tissues around the implants better.

Interesting. I made the mistake of trusting the wrong oral surgeon who apparently can't do sinus lifts so will need the same doctor to do a sinus lift at time of implant placement. Will look into both, thank you
