White spot on the roof of my mouth

I’m not sure what it is, and it’s giving me a fair bit of anxiety. It’s been there for quite a while, doesn’t hurt, and isn’t inflamed. I thought that it could perhaps be some tissue?

Good day

Could be an area that was previously traumatized and then healed with fibrous tissue. Keep an eye on it and have it checked out if it enlarges
