White spot on inner cheek

Few days ago when brushing my teeth I have noticed this white patch near my wisdom tooth just above linea alba? It does not hurt and does not change. What iit could be? Some scar from biting? Or something which i should be concerned of? Have regular dentist appointment scheduled in 3 months.

Thanks for help.

Yes. As I said, the skin is not harmful and will not lead to anything nasty. But keeping wisdom teeth when they get holes in them is just inviting the inevitable when they'll have to be extracted anyway. Without seeing Xrays, that wisdom tooth should be easy-to-moderately difficult to remove, and would most likely be done under local anaesthetic. Upper wisdoms are usually very easy to extract; the hardest part about getting out the lower wisdoms like that one is that there's not a lot of "wriggle room".

Thanks just a result of your cheek getting pinched by the wisdom teeth and not a pathological concern.
But why do you still have the wisdom teeth? I see that the lower has already been filled and has bunching up of the gum behind it. This is not something you will want in old age when removal will be much more risky (healing, co-morbidities, medications,...). The mere fact that you've already had it filled just shows how hard it is to keep clean.

Thanks for your answer. So it will remain there until I do something with my wisdom teeth?

I have already thought about getting them out as I have fillings in 3 out of 4 and since last year when my dentist fixed/covered other teeth (everything up to second molars) because I had them damaged from bruxism the way how I bite changed a bit and sometimes I bite my cheeks by accident especially in that back area.
