White Debris After Sterilization

I am having an issue with a white debris on my loose instruments following sterilization. I feel it may be from the bonding material we use. We scrub, soak, ultrasonic and dry everything before sterilizing. Does anyone else have this problem, or did and how did you fix it? TIA
