White bumps at back of tongue....Anxiety, Oral STD or nothing at all?

Very anxious about this and not sure if it's anything to be concerned about. At the back of the tongue there are white raised bumps. Should I be worried or is the worrying what's causing them?

Either part of your lingual tonsils or circumvallate papillae, of which both is normal anatomy
