Where dentists find dental laboratories to work with?

I am a dental lab marketologist and now looking for ways to promote our lab.
I would be greatful if you could share your experience with seeking for good dental labs to work with!
We are now in the procces of the development of our lab website and setting up instagram, but I guess the most powerful channel is a word of mouth. Is it true?

We are located in eastern Europe but I don't think there is a big difference
