It's painful and there is a swelling on the left side. it's actually left side of the teeth but i took picture with a phone so the angle changed. there is a swelling and if i press the swelling then bloods come out... it's not only about the swelling but gum over the wisdom teeth is painful as well and if i press the gum then i can feel that there are teeth inside of the gum as well

Either your wisdom teeth are erupting or there is not enough space for them to erupt fully. I would recommend seeing a dentist, so that it can be evaluated to see if they need to be taken out. In the mean time, try rinsing with luke-warm saltwater 3 times a day, and take anti-inflammatory medicine.
