What the heck is this?!

Three days ago, I had pain and swelling at the gum line between two teeth. Today, the pain is horrible and it looks like this. Do I need to see a dentist or will swishing w/peroxide and Listerine do the trick? It hurts like bloody &%#$.

Ouch! You should see a dentist asap. Don't wait for it to get any worse. Whatever mouthwashes you have been using - stop using them.
