What is wrong with my gum? It hurts whenever I chew or talk, it’s also very swollen back there. I messed with it a little bit like an idiot so it might be inflamed but I’ve been gargling salt water and hydrogen peroxide mixed with water to try to soothe it. Nothing works.

It looks like a canker sore. You must have irritated it tremendously. The best over the counter product is by Colgate called Orabase. It will stick to the gum and numb it up. Have a dentist look at it if it is not going away after a week to 10 days. A good prescription medication is called Triamcinolone in dental paste.
