What is tonsil regrowth? Also, what does it usually look like? I have a small yellow lump connected to the back side of the anterior tonsillar pillar.

I have a small yellow lump connected to the anterior tonsillar pillar. No pain or discomfort. I don’t have any tonsils, but it seems that one side is trying to grow back

It's hard to see what you're talking about. If you notice the problem for over 2 weeks, go see a physician to rule out any diseases back there.
