What is this?

Have had this sore for about 4 weeks it’s very painful. It seems like it will get better for a few days but as soon as I brush my teeth it gets inflamed. The center looks almost green and the outside is white and some red.

Did you perhaps injure yourself there with brushing or perhaps biting your cheek? Do you still have your wisdom teeth? Looks like it might be trauma related. Don't know if it is a light reflection or not, but it also appears like you might have a tonsil stone. Might just be the quality of the photo though.
