What is this?

I noticed this on Monday when I woke up. It feels sort of solid and it’s tender.

It started off being kinda clear but now looks red and whiteish

The photos are a bit unclear. This might be a mucous retention cyst or a possible salivary stone from a minor salivary gland. Both which are nothing too serious. I think it is best to go see a dentist near you for a consult, so that the consistency can be evaluated, and then he will refer you to an oral surgeon for further investigation and excision if required.
