What is this on the back of my tongue?

Hello, I noticed this two days ago and I want to get some insight. I suffer from dry mouth and bruxism but I can't tell if I'm chewing my tongue or if this is sinister and cause for concern. I also have the coating on my tongue back there so I think that makes it look more red than it actually is???? Please help. Third picture is the other side of my tongue for reference.

The tongue appears within normal limits. The white coating on the tongue could be due to a superficial fungal infection or due to chronic sinus or mouth breathing.

What is the beefy red looking bumps? I can't see my doctor for three weeks and I have health anxiety and this is scary to me the other side of my tongue doesn't look the same.

Could be areas where you perhaps bite your tongue. Could be just normal areas of vasculature or papillae. Does not look like something to be concerned about.
