What is behind my 2 year olds tooth?

I’ve been googling for hours and I can’t find any kind of answers or anything similar .
could anyone help me out on what could be happening behind my 2 year olds front tooth.
(we brush 2x daily, with fluoride)

I don't know what it is either. Tomorrow, I will show the image to a pediatric dentist at my office.

My Pedodontist colleague says it looks like a piece of popcorn. Hopefully you can ease it out or it may come out on its own.
