What gum recession do you see?

I'm getting different opinions from different hygienists in my area.
I think there is some recession on my lower front teeth (photo#1) because the gums do seem to be pulled back and the canines tend to bleed a little.
I don't know if this is gingivitis or full periodontitis.
How do my upper teeth look (photo#2)?

There is a little bit of recession, on the lower left canine. This might only be due to gingivitis. Periodontitis can only be evaluated by doing probing as well as using an x-ray to evaluate bone levels. I would suggest trying to use a soft toothbrush and focus on using a circular method of brushing.
