Went to the local orthodontist. She told me I have to get my additional teeth removed ( which I believe I should) and my wisdom teeth extracted ( which I’m skeptical about ). Also asked her about palate expansion. She told me my situation is not that bad and some maxillary expansion can be performed through braces. Non-surgical palate expansion is not an option due to my age ( 17 ) and going through surgery is not a good idea , cuz I got really weak teeth. I believe my maxilla is slightly recessed and I need to do something about it. Can braces help me or is it something that can be cured itself with age ?

You can wait until growth has finished-around 23 years of age-and then re-evaluate. But most likely if there is a maxillary deficiency, it will only get worse. You can do some orthodontic treatment to camouflage any malocclusion though.
I would not recommend removing your wisdom teeth, due to your first molars already having root canal treatments on the bottom, which will fail eventually. In such a case I would recommend removing the root canal teeth at the bottom and rather try and utilize your healthy wisdom teeth.
Go for a second opinion with another orthodontist.
