Is it possible to do the following treatments in less than 30 minutes?

1- posterior Composite filling LR7
2-posterior Composite filling UR7
3- Supportive periodontal therapy

Depends on the size of the fillings. But it is possible

If that was the entire length of your appointment, including greet-and-seating, administration of LA, drill-and-fill LR7 & UR7, plus supportive perio therapy (what do you mean?), finish up and release patient, then that would be unlikely.
