Treatment recommended

Hello, my orthodontist advised me to get treatment on the below tooth which has a root canal and crown done 6 years ago. No pain or discomfort. What treatment would you recommend me? X-Ray below.

Not a great RCT. It would be use to compare with an Xray taken a few years ago. If you are contemplating ortho treatment, or if the RCT had been done 12 months ago I would advise retreatment. But 6 years without trouble is surprisingly good, it has withstood the "test of time", and I would advise annual Xrays to watch for any changes.
