Top line of teeth not level

I have been wearing incognito braces for 2 years now. My teeth look very straight now but the top line of the maxillary central incisors are not level with the right and left maxillary cuspids which are quite high. Just to clarify I am talking about where the teeth meet the gum. Has anyone else on here had the same problem and has it been resolved?
