Came back from the Caribbean on March 25. My wife and I are in self isolation. Now I lost half of my molar in the back. Pain is starting what can I do?

Try over the counter temporary filling material to seal the tooth so the tooth does not become sensitive to hot/cold food or have food remain in it from breakage. Look up (Dentemp) or a product like it. You should be able to purchase it at any pharmacy.
