Tooth removal

Hi I am in a great deal of pain with my IR7 tooth. I have seen my dentist and she has done a root canal. She has referred me to the hospital as she says it need removal but she cannot do it owing to length of root and location to wisdom tooth. I am prepared to pay to have it removed but even with this the oral surgeon is only at dentist a couple of days per month and would roughly take a month to be seen. I cannot keep popping painkillers like I am and is wondering if there any other alternatives anyone can help me with.

You can walk-in to that clinic and ask to be on their cancellation list. You can try over-the counter ibuprofen, Tylenol, and Benadryl in the evenings and ibuprofen, Tylenol, and caffeine during the mornings. If you have swelling, you will need antibiotics.
