Tooth or something else?

32yr old female with a bony protrusion above wisdom tooth - also have another one above in the same spot on the other side. No pain and I've had the one pictured for around 4 months and the other came through around 2 months ago.
Last checkup was a year ago and nothing mentioned then - currently trying to get another appointment but waiting times are long!

Looks like a supernumerary tooth or extra tooth. This is common behind your wisdom teeth, but would need a panoramic x-ray to confirm.
