Hi, it's been about 6 days since I got 4 teeth extracted for my braces. All of my extraction sites have seemed to be healed except for one. I still have a hole and it seems to have a white/grey substance in it. I have felt no pain these past days so I don't think it's a dry socket. Any thoughts on what it is? Thanks.
