Tooth extraction and sinus

Hello- I recently had my bottom molar and top molar on other side extracted last Tuesday. It took over 2 hours for removal. The bottom left went okay. The top right was near my sinus. It cracked and ended up taking forever to get out. He said I had long roots and it went through my sinus cavity. Gave amoxicillin and steroid pack. He also put a "cap" and then stitched it. Told me not to bend over, sleep upright, gargle salt water gently, no straws, sneeze with an open mouth and avoid coughing. I went home and had 10/10 pain Tuesday and Wenednesday. No relief from Tylenol and Motrin. Thursday the dentist called to check up on me and I said it seemed to be getting a little better but still 7/10 pain. Only ate jello and pudding in those 3 days. He told me
It was complicated and tough and that it was probably painful for a bit. Friday I called because I had bad breath and the pain just didn't seem okay. They told me moderate pain, this was severe. Went in and he said the clot on the bottom left never fully formed, so cleaned it, packed it and it felt better. He said the top right (sinus) looked fine. I have followed all instructions given. Saturday AM I started having fluid come out my nose when I drank. When I gargle I feel almost like air bubbles and I'm not vigorously swishing it. The bottom left pain has improved, it's tender but not painful. Top right is painful still. I am living on pudding, jello, and mash potatoes. I feel a ton of pressure like someone punched me in the face multiple times still. I'm doing heat on that side as well as following everything else. I also feel like I have bad breath, but not horrible. Is this normal? As a nurse, I feel like fluid coming out of your nose from your mouth isn't good....is this normal and just takes time. I feel like I'm annoying him, he said recover would take longer but to what extent? Longer as in getting a better seal so it doesn't come out my nose? Or longer as in fully closing? The antibiotics and steroids are done and part of a stitch fell out. What is preventing me from getting a sinus infection?. The site looks good, not much redness. I'm just honestly so confused and don't want to keep bugging the office if this is expected! Thank you for all the help. It's much appreciated!
