Tooth eruption and bridging

Ok here is my story my dentist might have messed up when I was younger. I think he did because of hypothyroidism made me look allot older when I was younger. He put bridging in my mouth to replace teeth that never erupted. I now probably have hyperthyroidism and my teeth are erupting at age 40. Will the bridging effect the new erupting teeth in any way. If I am lucky the lone tooth there attached to will come in first but I am not sure that's how this is going. The first front top incisor came in fairly healthy so I am hoping it will be the same for the others.

I don't have a x-ray I don't think I could get one. But the bridge is over 30 years old now so hopefully the tooth it is attached to will take it out with it.
