Tonsil concern

I occasionally get tonsil stones, ive always had one tonsil larger then other for past 20 years with no change or symptoms. Was told by doc to leave be and its just a shotty tonsil that never went back to size after infections.
My concern is this tiny white spec im not sure if its just skin fold tissue or something to be worried about. I have tried to remove with swab it just feels like dangling tissue. I

thought it maybe a stone but it dont budge. Your expertise will be much appreciated

No symptomd just decided to check i will try get pic. Its ever so tiny but i noticed

No ive not had removed.

It might then be the start of a slight tonsil infection. Monitor for symptoms. General rule of thumb is to have your tonsils removed if you have infection 3 times a year.

Ok thanks for this advice, to be honest i dont get tonsil infections often. I did get alot of throat and ear infections as a child. I have always had one larger tonsil on left side for 20+years. Its just a little white spec i noticed. I do get tonsil stones in this tonsil and food stuck as its larger.
It being larger could also be that i have a small perforation in left ear from the ear infections i used to get. Which is permannant.
