Tongue started growing after I stretched the frenulum

Long story short.
I was stretching my tongue frenulum and the tongue has started growing bigger. It's been growing for about 4-5 days now. It feels like it got unfolded. Is it possible? What do i do?
I'm not really an alarmist but it's freaking me out.
