How often do you use a temp (assistant, hygienist, front office)?
What have been your methods for finding a temp (agency, word of mouth, Craigslist)?
What are some of your biggest challenges with your current method(s)?
If using a temp agency- what are the extra costs to the practice?
Any other comments or frustrations with finding temporary staffing?
