Teeth Problem Refrain Me from Eating my Favorite Food

Hello everyone , I have a serious issue to share with you. I have a sensitive teeth and believe me its quite painful. This problem has refrain me from eating my favorite food. I am very fond of eating ice-creams and hot veggie noodles, but due to the sensitiveness of my tooth area, I always avoid eating it. Sometimes it is very painful as soon as I eat something very hot or cold. If you have any remedy please help me out. Thanks!
