How long after using regular listerine which comes in green or blue bottle does it take for the alcohol and other active ingredients to dissipate in our mouth? 10, 15, or 30 minutes assuming we wanted to use another mouthwash afterwards? How long before waiting in order to space mouthwashes apart?

First kill bad breath, then prevent cavities. Use listerine first and then act when listerine was only for bad breath like 25 years ago, why?
