[/IMG] I had a root canal done Saturday (not finished I have a temp sealant) and a file broke inside my tooth but when I got my X-rays the file appears to be past the tooth! How did this happen ? What should I do. I've seen a few endodontists that say they can't remove it. I need an oral surgeon. Some suggest leaving it in but I want my tooth extracted I'm in unbearable pain! Not even Vicodin has helped the pain is getting worse. What should I do? My heart is beating faster since I can't stand this horrific pain. Suggestions please??! (Lower right side last molar
