At 2023 I got a new implant at the end of the left lower jab, after a prudent time (2-3 weeks) , I notice that the implant was sensitive to any pressure such press with the finger, bite, I went back to the Dentist and he did some here and there, and didn't work, I went three times with the same result, I didn't go any more with the hope that the sensitive will disappear but no, it didn't , then my chronic headache increased (left side, back to the forehead), to hopefully eradicate the Headache , I just recently had an "Occipital Nerve Block" procedure, it effectively took the headache away but the pain back just in the Implant Jaw and it is again spreading to the full left side. I fell that this implant is creating my headache, my life is now again to suffer a 24 hours pain.
so, my question is what kind specialist Dentist could help me to fix this issue? alternatives? any suggestions will be appreciated, Thanks

Do you have any x-rays that you could share?
Hi, I just got the X-Rays, I was so sure it was implant but apparently it is Root Canal/ crown, I called the insurance and the Dentist that performed the procedure and both stated that it is a root canal, to me is better news because the only question is since this is a problematic and painful situation : Should I pull it out without any future consequences as the Dr. stated (a extraction will unbalance the denture)? so, what could your opinion?, Thanks
Please see the attachment, Thanks

You could try a short week course of amoxicillin and metranidizole.
