Why would most dentists recommend using act mouthwash at night and listerine in the morning and not vice versa? Why is this? Why would this be the case? Wouldnt brushing first thing in the morning brush off the shield act mouthwash provided? Can someone give me an explanation why using act at night assuming it shields teeth like listerine total wont come off after brushing?
