Root Canal Tool?

Hello,
This XRay is 6 weeks after a Root canal on my #3 molar by an endodontist. This has now been almost 7 months ago. My general/restorative dentist wanted to wait to make sure the root canal was successful before crowning the tooth. Does this look like I should have the file removed? Does it look like it is protruding in my sinus cavity? Please is this tooth worth saving/crowning?

I would say it looks like it's worth saving but I would go with what the actual dentist who has been seeing it the past 7 months would say!

The file that is broken inside of one of the canals may cause you problems in the future. Unfortunately it is hard to predict when and if this will happen. Did the endodontist who worked on your tooth advise you on ways to remove the file?
