I’m not 100% sure if I’m just being a hypochondriac but I have recent have been waking up with sore throat particularly the roof of my mouth has been sore. So I have taken a picture I’m not sure what a healthy roof of the mouth looks like but mine seem to be quite yellow at the back. I can attach a picture if you’d like but not sure if it’s normal or not.
