retreat, apicoectomy or extract?

I had a root canal done about 4 months ago on a necrotic tooth. The tooth still hurts when touched. I had a 3D scan today and was told I have an abscess. I have attached the image. Any advice?

There's an abscess but i can't figure out if it grew bigger or shrinked cause you don't have a pre op scan. I believe that there is either a lateral canal at the apex or a crack.In my opinion Apicoectomy would be the best solution.
