Replacement retainer

Hi

I've been given a replacement retainer today as my old one was not doing its job properly and my front tooth has shifted slightly.

Do i need to wear the new replacement full time or just as normal i.e. (at night)? I can't eveb speak properly in this new ine so i hope i can just wear it as normal!

You should've been told. Usually it's just at night.
