So my question is simple, I would like an experienced person to answer this for me please.
How would a dentist know if the Nerve of your molars needs to be extracted? Can he tell from a tiny hole in your tooth or must he drill it open to see or perhaps a x-ray scan first?. I guess what I’m asking is can you make that conclusion just by looking at a tooth that looks fine but has a little hole at the top?
