Pulsing / Heartbeat feeling in incisors, 7 days after canine extraction - is this normal?

Hello, have been having a lot of work due to my phobia of dentists & putting off seeing anyone. It's been a struggle but i'm lucky to have found understanding dentists.

I had my upper left Canine removed around 7 days ago, it's had quite a few abcesses and been drained around 3 times prior to extraction. The site has been quite sore but the dentist checked the extraction site on Friday and was happy with how it's healing.

My worry is that today, I've woken up with a heartbeat feeling in the front left tooth, and the tooth next to it (Incisors?)
There's no pain, just occasional pressure, and this pulsing feeling.

I can also feel my heartbeat in my chest so i'm wondering if it's just anxiety related, but wanted to check in case this is the first sign of something going really wrong.

I would put it down to bruising, healing process, and anxiety. Take some acetaminophen and see if you improve.
