Pink saliva in the morning

I noticed this change in saliva last week. the first spit in the morning is pink color not blood per say but turns normal after that. i recently change my toothpaste and brush. i have a crown too. brush twice a day. what could be the possible cause?

I think it is normal. Notice 2-3 days, it happens regularly or not.
