Painless cankers inside lip that seem to move

I noticed what I thought was a painless canker sore inside my bottom lip the other day. It was gone in a day or two then another one popped up next to where it used to be. That cleared up and I noticed two on the inside of my top lip. Stress related? Oral hygiene? STD?

This could be apthous ulcers. Triggers could be stress or compromised immune system. We only treat the symptoms. Will resolve on its own.
