Pain at the gum near wisdom tooth

At the first two days, i feel pain at the gum near wisdom tooth. Now, it appears white spot, not sure if its irritation. Should I just rinse with salt water and wait or is it severe?

Is there enough space for the wisdom tooth to erupt fully in your mouth, or is there a piece of gum that covers a part of the tooth? A salt water rinse will help or any anti-inflammatory medicine, but if there is not enough space, then it is a better idea to have the wisdom tooth removed.
