Hi there was a patient i performed a 4 units pfm bridge upper and lower
The upper one was made 4 months ago aprox
The lower one was made 2 months ago.
Now the patient called me complaining from a pain while she is going to sleep and in occlusion distal to the upper bridge and that she feels there is like a tooth present/ erupting distal to the prosthesis,, given that my abutments were 3 and 6 there was nothing distal to 6 and 6 was endodontically treated.
What could that be till i bring her for clinical examination.
