So this showed up last Monday. Burns pretty bad at night and is tender at times. It's right side by molar 2 and 3. Am I cooked or is this a normal mouth sore???

Looks like a normal mouth sore. Most likely due to accidental biting of the cheek or rubbing of the cheek agains the teeth in the area. I would not be too concerned.

Ulcers or sores can take about 7 to 10 days to heal. Try rinsing with luke warm salt water or ask your pharmacist for a cream for mouth ulcers, that you can apply as needed.

Hey, it sounds like you’ve got a common mouth sore near your molars. Try rinsing gently with warm salt water a few times a day and avoid spicy or acidic foods that might irritate it. If it doesn’t start feeling better in about a week or gets worse, I’d recommend seeing a dentist just to be safe.

Is it possible that is my stensen duct? I've been waking up literally sucking my tongue apparently to the point my cheeks are in my teeth. I've ordered xylitol lozenges to try and help. But given the placement could it be I've just irritated that duct?

I’ve had that happen before, it can be unsettling. A raised bump on the inside of your cheek could be a few things: a canker sore, a mucous cyst (mucocele), or just irritation from biting or rubbing against a tooth. If it’s painless and soft, it might be a cyst, if it’s sore, it could be an ulcer or trauma. Most go away on their own in a week or two. But if it sticks around longer, grows, or feels hard, it’s worth getting it checked by a dentist or doctor just to be safe.
