My dentist took a ct scan before removing a failed implant, 3 months later they removed another implant 7 months after the first explanation they attempted to remove another 2 , this failed as I could feel everything, should they have taken an up 2 date scan before attempting again ?

What exactly is your question? A more recent CT scan would not have guaranteed no pain when attempting removal of an implant. A host of other factors also play a role. Are you asking why all your implants are failing? Need a bit more clarity here.
