I am new to this forum. In spite of taking good care of my teeth, I have some early periodontal disease. I am 59 years old and Do not expect perfection. I do need to deal with tooth K. It had no permanent tooth under it. It has a crown, and later a root canal, which was only partially done. The second root is infected. My options are a bridge, or an implant. I am tending toward the bridge due to cost. My four bottom front teeth are very crowded, and overlapped. Braces are not a consideration due to cost. I would love to have one of those teeth pulled and try to get my bottom teeth to spread out. I was told that this would not work. Is anyone familiar with some of these implants that cover several or all teeth on the bottom? Any ideas would be appreciated.
