Upper tooth, left side, inbetween 2 left-side crowns. Swelling expanded and extended from cheekbone to nostril down to inner lining of upper lip. Fluctuant, water-filled, with a few firmer clumps floating in it. I tried expressing some of the fluid back down towards my tooth-this seemed to result in a wash of saliva in my mouth or possibly draining fluid? At one point it became like a water balloon hanging over my gum. When my eye area began to feel encroached upon I bit the bullet and went back. Root canal has been done.
