When act mouthwash was only for cavities in 2003, should it have been used in the morning or night and if listerine was only for bad breath should it be used in morning or night? Wont using act at night come off if brushing was the first thing in the morning and then using listerine? Wouldnt the logical thing to do is to use listerine at night and use act in the morning after brushing or do i have it the other way around? Im confused here... can a dentist clarify things here?
