Molar Infection + Gum Abscess + Risk of Losing Tooth

Hello,

See attached photos. My dentist says she needs to remove this bad tooth because of a severe fracture in the root. I have a huge bump on the gum on the outside of the tooth.

This tooth had a root canal and crown many years ago. The xray shows the tooth from earlier years and the most current photo from a couple days ago.

I really dont want to have this tooth pulled + implant. I currently have no pain.

Am I losing this tooth or is their anything I can do to save it?

Sorry, that bump is an infection the mouth is trying to drain/rid due to the bad tooth. The post that was placed after the root canal is fractured/displaced and perforated. There is no saving that tooth unfortunately.
