Lumps on tongue and throat

Hi, I have been worrying myself after noticing some lumps on my tongue and area where my tonsil used to be. Any ideas please? The ones on tonsil area are hard to see in photo as they are too far back but I am able to feel them.

Scar tissue in the tonsillar region; normal tongue circumvallate papillae. You have nothing to worry about.

Hi, I have been trying to forget my worries regarding the back of my throat however this is a bit of a pain as it feels as I have this weird lumpy sensation that I didn't have before. Please may you just check this attached photo for me.
